Overview

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a capable, committed and an enthusiastic administrator to join our administration team as a customer service accounts administrator who will be responsible for daily customer operations on a permanent basis. Customer Service Administrator Job Role Description Summary: 1st point for answering telephone calls. 1st point for customer order processing and raising invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Liaise with our sales team on various matters. Provide accurate customer order information to the production & sales teams via internal reports. Production administration - locating PODs and updating delivery system. Assisting with customer month end processes in relation to sales. Arranging customer deliveries (cover for warehouse manager) Assisting directors & accounts team with ad hoc administration & accounts tasks. General administration duties - Scanning, Filing. The Ideal Candidate: Have a good, confident telephone manner. Be a conscientious administrator and have a flexible approach. Must be organised and be able to manage their time well. Possess strong attention to detail skills. Would have experience in a similar type of role, be able to use Microsoft Office, especially excel, experience of sage preferred but not essential.
