Overview
Lymphoedema Nurse/Practitioner London Basic DOE Benefits 3 Day Week We are currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated Lymphoedema Nurse/Practitioner to join our esteemed client’s Hospice Based in London on a 3-day week . Excellent transport links, over ground train and tube. The Hospice consists of an inpatient unit, a Day Care Unit and Community Specialist Palliative Care Team maintaining highest standards of palliative care within multidisciplinary environment. Services are provided for people with life limiting illnesses. This role requires someone to primarily support patients attending outpatient clinics at the Hospital. You will provide treatment, advice and education for patients & advice & education for carers & healthcare professionals.
