Overview
My client are a National House Builder and have an exciting new opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to work alongside the Site Manager on a traditional build housing development consisting of 200 units Working alongside the Site Manager you will be responsible for: Managing all trades through from the 2nd fix stage of production to handover Dealing with all Customer care issues also. If you are looking to progress your career to a Site Manager then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for as all competant assistants are generally given their own site to manage within eighteen months. You will preferably come from a trade background with at least 2 years experience of the above gained from within a Residential developer or regional contractor.
