Part time job Finance / Administration Credit Control / Sales Ledger Alton, Hampshire Part Time Finance Administration role in Alton, Hampshire 20 hours a week Your new role: Working as part of a busy finance team you will provide administrative support and all round assistance to the credit control team. Your varied duties will include: - Talking to customers about overdue invoices - Resolving invoice related queries - Keeping customer accounts accurate and up to-date - Banking duties - Reporting - Ad hoc administration duties What you'll need to succeed: Credit control or finance experience is ideal but not essential. If you have proven administration skills, excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills then full training will be given You will work part time Monday to Friday, 20 hours a week, 1pm to 5pm.
