Job Title: Flagship office-based mortgage broker Location: Bracknell Bryn McMillan Consulting Vacancy Ref: S821225MBMC Remuneration: £80,000 - £130,000 Overview: Flagship residential estate agency branch in the Bracknell area requires and experienced mortgage and protection broker to work alongside the team of sales negs where the previous broker banked £250k All is required is to cover the branch 3 - 4 days per week. Main Duties: An outstanding opportunity has arisen due to the amount of leads and business generated for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker/adviser to work from a flagship estate agency office in the Bracknell area. Working from the branch 3 - 4 days per week, the estate agency office is in the market leader for the Bracknell area and the staff are all driven and successful in their own role. The branch enabled the previous mortgage and protection broker to bank over £250k last year giving earnings of nearly £120k. Covering the busy branch, you will alongside a sale focused team of negotiators and provides regulated advice on both mortgages and the associated protection products. As well as receiving fresh leads from the team on a regular basis, you will also have access to the company's database of existing clients. Not only are qualified leads referred over, but you will also have at your disposal 00's of different mortgage products and competitive protection policies. Key Skills: Applications will only be considered from experienced mortgage brokers who possess a good track record of offering mortgage and protection advice, ideally within an estate agency environment Summary: Excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Broker/Adviser to work from a busy flagship office in the Bracknell area, with excellent earnings potential.
