Overview
IFA Administrator £20-24k dependant on qualifications and experience Financial Divisions are delighted to be working with a forward thinking and expanding IFA firm in Surrey, in their search for an IFA Administrator. My client has created a very relaxed and fun working environment, where their clients are at the heart of everything they do. They have a very good reputation in the local area and have recently opened an office in Glasgow and will shortly be opening another office in Birmingham. They offer advice on Investments, Protection, Pensions, Estate Planning and Mortgages as well as Group Pensions Schemes, Protecting your Business and Commercial Finance and Insurance. The role will involve lots of client contact, so a very good telephone manner and the ability to build excellent relationships is essential. You will request letters of authority and letters of valuations, upload any new clients to the system, produce quotes, deal with queries and liaise regularly with platform providers. For this position, my client will only consider candidates who have at least 6 months experience as an IFA Administrator or if you are a Pensions, Mortgage or Employee Benefits Administrator who would like to develop and train towards becoming an IFA Administrator? This would be an ideal role for you. Personal development is encouraged and supported, and they offer study support if you are working towards your Diploma.
