£16.95 per hour (equates to NHS Band 6) | 44 hours | Nights only | Great Benefits | £1000 welcome bonus A leading national care home operator is currently looking to recruit a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to work as Unit Nurse Manager in their large nursing home in Hamilton. The home offers elderly, dementia and disability care in a modern setting, and ensures residents enjoy the best possible standards of care and quality of life. What the home is offering and details of this Unit Nurse Manager position: • 44 hours per week • Nights only • Great rates of pay of £16.95 per hour (equivalent to NHS Band 6) • £1000 Welcome Bonus • Paid NMC PIN renewal, we cover your annual registration fee. • Paid PVG Check • Paid individual membership for the Nursing Times As RGN/RMN/RNLD Unit Nurse Manager, you will coordinate the planning and implementation of care within a small unit within in the home, along with managing and monitoring service delivery. You will lead and develop the care and nursing team, motivating the teams to deliver the best possible standards of care and quality of life.
