Home Manager | Small Nursing home Location This role is based in Blackburn Salary: Circa £40,000 Home Management experience (elderly care home) Remit Belmont Recruitment are working with a private care provider that own a portfolio of nursing homes across the North West. Their ambitions are to continue to grow, whilst maintaining high levels of care throughout the business. This is a small sized care home that provides general nursing/residential care for elderly people. This home is small and running very well with everything up to date and in place. The Candidate The successful candidate must be from an elderly care home background currently working as either a Home Manager in a service that provides nursing care or a deputy manager who is looking to take that next step. You must have the ability to motivate a staff team and maintain good standards of care. This candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care home. This position requires a confident, positive person who is able to bring new ideas to the home and can work with internal and external professionals to ensure the home remains successful. You must have experience managing within the care home sector. Requirements • Current Home Manager (elderly care home) • Excellent leadership qualities • Passion for elderly care • Good knowledge of CQC requirements • Commissioning experience (preferable, not essential) • RMA / NVQ Level 5 qualified (preferable, not essential) If interested please apply or call Belmont recruitment.
