Here at Care South - we have a new opportunity for an experienced Care Team Leader (Days) to join us at Fremington Manor , our beautiful care home in Barnstaple, EX31 2NX 35 hours per week £10.25 Per Hour Day Shift Times: 07.00 - 14.00 / 14.00 - 21.00 Our respected care team make a huge contribution to the care our residents receive every day. We're looking for a dedicated and caring individual with care experience to join us in leading a care team at our home. Working with your colleagues, you'll plan and manage the delivery of high quality care for our residents. Fremington Manor will ensure that our residents receive quality nursing care and make sure that they 'feel at home' for as long as they choose to stay. You will also have experience in administering medication and hold an NVQ3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or hold a level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and be willing to train to achieve the level 3 Diploma shortly after you start with us. As part of your role you will also help us create a happy, safe and engaging environment for all staff and residents.
