JOB – Mould Shop Operator LOCATION - Cheltenham TERM - Permanent SALARY – £21,500 - £28,500 plus outstanding bonus scheme (dependent on experience) My client – an industry leading manufacturer and supplier to the Defence and Aerospace sectors are looking for an experienced Mould Shop Operator to join their operation. The Mould Shop Operator will ideally have the following attributes: • Experience working in a Mould Shop environment • The ability to produce components and parts to a very high stand. • The desire to make and implement changes to benefit the flow of work and department output. • The capability to work both as part of a team, and alone. • Excellent communication skills The Mould Shop Operator's duties will include: • Manufacturing moulded components and assemblies using both injection and compression moulding techniques. • To maintain technical documentation alongside manufactured components. • Creating a culture of improvement within the department processes and setup.
