Overview
Job Title: Billing Controller Location: CM19 5GU Duration: until September 2020 Pay Rate: £9.74 per hour PAYE Weekly Hours: 37.5 Mon-Fri 9-5.30pm Role involves working to a high volume to scheduled payment runs which are scheduled for specific days of the month. There are a significant number of billing runs daily and the successful incumbent will be able prioritise workloads, liaise effectively with other teams regarding queries and issues ie credit control teams etc and will be able to work to set schedules – see spec for further detail Key skills: Previous experience in a similar sized corporate organisation in a billing/invoicing related role MS Excel – to intermediate level able to extract data, analyse and undertake pivots etc Previous experience of working to schedules and KPI’s Able to work cross functionally Organised and methodical, able to prioritise
