Overview

Product Designer UI/UX (Sketch / Adobe) ideally with solid B2C in-house end-to-end feature design experience across mobile, tablet and desktop from ideation, sketching, wireframing, prototyping, user testing through to delivery required to steward and evolve the brand identity of an exciting scale-up, Agile tech company with financial stability, exciting growth plans and a friendly, collaborative workforce who are embarking on a journey to take the business to the next level. A company where design is truly at the forefront of product and feature development and the desire to learn and develop is key. Key Skills you will have: Solid commercial Product / UI design experience Excellent knowledge of UX Excellent Sketch / Adobe skills Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Ability to lead workshops to brainstorm design solutions and understand stakeholder insights Good experience designing across devices (mobile, tablet and desktop) Preferably experience with an in-house, B2C brand Preferably good experience with Illustrator Preferable experience with front end technologies - HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, REACT Preferably engaged with the design community - Meetups etc. Key Responsibilities you will enjoy: Involvement throughout the design process - ideation > sketching > wireframing > prototyping > user testing > delivery You will be an integral part of the product design process, having the opportunity to work on a range of features and products Delivering pixel perfect designs for new features and products as well as iterative designs throughout the product lifecycle Working as part of a tight knit Agile squad Conducting user interviews, surveys, usability studies and other research Understanding technical limitations (Responsive, Bootstrap etc) and working with your squad to deliver designs that overcome them Stewardship of the company brand - ensuring the company are always adhering to and responsibly evolving the brand visual identity Managing design libraries and systems This remit would suit a down-to-earth, pixel fixated, collaborative UI/UX Designer who has the dynamism to be part of a very driven yet friendly and supportive tech team and is looking for a role in which you can have real impact, design is at the forefront of product development and your voice will be heard.
