Overview
Our client is a well known regional firm that is looking to appoint a specialist Childcare Panel accredited solicitor or a member of resolution to provide advice and representation in disputes concerning children. Joining a department which spans several offices, you will ideally have upwards of 3 years' PQE and you will be either be an accredited panel member or you will be working your way towards it. This Childcare Panel accredited solicitor vacancy has arisen as a result of increased work volumes coming into the firm. You will be a skilled and sensitive solicitor who commands first-class communication skills. You will be hard-working, highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines. The position could be based in any of a number of East of England locations, however, it is anticipated that Boston would be an excellent location for the next recruit. There could be some uplift in the salary advertised if you are a member of the children's panel or a member of resolution. Ideally, you will have knowledge of Proclaim Case Management System. You will have a full clean driving licence with knowledge of legal aid regulations and procedures.
