Overview
Rutherford Briant are currently recruiting for a very interesting Supply Chain Manager position within a fast-growing company in Basildon. The successful candidate will support the Head of Supply Chain in the management of other Supply Chain Managers and the further Supply Chain team. Responsibilities: As a SC Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for improving both the efficiency and performance of API suppliers & the assigned CMOs Managing a team of 8 - 10 members from Supply Chain You will be taking full control of all API flow throughout the business Communicating vital market information to relevant channels Deal promptly and efficiently with client requests Working towards objectives set from company Manage the inventory efficiently for the assigned portfolio Requirements: To have experience in supply chain within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong academics with a Master's Degree in a relevant subject preferred. Experience in management or in a senior position within Supply Chain. Comprehensive knowledge on API flow. On top of the basic salary of £47,000 - £52,000; the company are also offering an annual bonus of 15%, private healthcare benefits, additions to pension and a generous holiday allowance.
