Multi Skilled Plumber Temporary - Permanent £25,365 van and fuel card Gainsborough My client, a renowned public sector organisation in Gainsborough is recruiting for a Multi Skilled Plumber to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Plumber include: Completing first and second fix plumbing to kitchen and bathrooms within social housing Carrying out basic tiling duties identified within housing stock Arranging the provision of materials and plant Liaising with tenants and line managers concerning the timing and progress of work being undertaken Ensuring adherence to health and safety Carrying out and working to localised risk assessments Works may involve both emergency and scheduled responsive repairs as well as more extensive renovation works to properties Essential Criteria: NVQ Level 2 in a specific Plumbing related trade or equivalent A full Driving Licence CSCS Card and Driver's license Several years' experience of repairs and maintenance work within both void and tenanted properties Sound understanding of the construction industry in particular the building trade including issues surrounding legislation, Health and Safety, manual handling, working at heights etc. Experience of working within social housing If you believe you have the necessary skills and experience for the Multi Skilled Plumber role, please apply now or contact Bethan Hall at Sellick Partnership Sellick Partnership is a market-leading professional services recruitment specialist operating across the UK.
