Assistant Management Accountant Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 study support Location: Macclesfield, Cheshire A highly successful and forward thinking SME based in Macclesfield are seeking a capable Assistant Management Accountant to join their team of 4, on a full time permanent basis. We are looking for someone who can oversee the transactional processing i.e purchase ledger, cash book, VAT returns along with preparing monthly management accounts for the group of companies. Duties include: Preparing monthly management accounts for 3 subsidiaries within the group for review by Financial Controller Accruals and prepayments Posting journals Monitor and update the fixed asset register Balance sheet reconciliations Prepare monthly payroll spreadsheet for submission to payroll bureau Reconciling supplier statements, liaising with suppliers to resvole any queries Ensure purchase ledger queries are dealt with and resolved Ideal candidate: AAT Qualified / CIMA or ACCA Part Qualified Minimum 18 months experience in a similar role Sage 50 experience Ability to come in and hit the ground running Benefits include: Free parking Study support 25 days bank holidays Please apply for immediate consideration
