Overview
Personal Injury Solicitor - Edinburgh £35,000 to £40,000 DOE plus benefits and bonuses A Personal Injury Solicitor is required to join this national legal practice based in Edinburgh city centre. The firm covers a range of personal injury claims within Scottish Jurisdiction and due to continued growth are recruiting an NQ to 2 year PQE Solicitor to join their Litigation Team. You will be responsible for your own caseload of litigated PI claims in addition to providing support on complex matters to the claims handlers and paralegals within the department. Cases will be predominately RTA claims and duties will include and attending court hearings. The successful candidate must be a qualified Solicitor and have experience in handling complex PI claims including RTAs. Previous experience in attending Sheriff Courts and All Scotland Personal Injury Court (ASPIC) would be advantageous.
