Overview
I am currently working on behalf of a specialist care provider that is looking to appoint a Registered Manager for one of their services in Hartlepool. The service supports people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. They are looking for someone who is committed to quality care and a continuous improvement ethos. They need someone who is passionate and dedicated to their role as a Manager. The service has a committed team of staff who are excited to assist with the recruitment of an experienced Manager to lead their team. In this role you will work closely with the compliance and operations team to develop the quality of the service – they need a confident Manager to take on this challenging role, which will be a rewarding and well supported position in the company. Up to £35,000 depending on experience Key requirements: A track record of working with service users with learning disabilities High expectations on delivery of person centred care, good standard of care writing, risk assessing and implementing change. Strong leadership skills and hold outstanding organisational skills Relevant professional qualification (e.g. NVQ/RMA/Diploma minimum level 3). Previous management/supervisory experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Good knowledge of Essential Standards of Quality and Safety Awareness of the principles of Person Centred Care Proven ability to lead, supervise and manage a team of staff If you are interested in this vacancy please send your CV to and I will give you a call.
