Hospital Ward Porter

Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a 7x Ward Porters to work within in Bedford Hospital NHS. Contract – 3 month agency contract with a view to being extended on an ongoing basis. Working hours – DAYS/NIGHTS/LONG DAYS/WEEKENDS Rate of pay – £10.68 Per hour About the role You will need customer care experience. Going into a new department, you will need to use own initiative (where appropriate) and be able to organise your workload. Ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with all staff and patients is also very important. As part of this role you will be required to assist with the transfer of patients onto the examination tables from chairs trollies and beds. You will also be required to perform other portering duties as and when required.
