Deputy Manager - Residential Supported Living - Elderly, Complex Mental Health Needs, Learning Difficulties. Job Description Your new company Hays Social Care have exciting vacancy to join an exciting, forward thinking and developing provider of adult residential care. Due to recent development, there is a requirement for a Deputy Manager to oversee the running of a home in Brecon. You will join an excellent senior management team and be an influential part of the development for the future of the organisation. You will also receive the freedom and autonomy to implement your own ideas across the running of the home. Your new role As the Deputy Manager of a relatively new service, you will be given the complete freedom and autonomy to implement your own ideas and plans to successfully run the home. You will assist in the Home Manager with recruitment of the team of support workers and seniors and play a key role in mentoring them to become the managers of the future. You will liaise with social services, external agencies and the local authorities to ensure the home is running and performing to the highest of standards.
