Overview

Purpose of the role The jobholder will be responsible to deliver customer and commercial value through development and management of a truly global Medical and Assistance Network. This will include research of health care systems, negotiation and management of new and existing supplier and partner relationships to fulfil customer expectations, minimum service and quality standards, and support business profitability and growth. The jobholder will work with key areas of the wider business, operations, medical, commercial to ensure that the Collinson Assistance network is fit for purpose to meet our existing customer base and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage relationships across the Medical and Assistance supply chain ensuring delivery of quality and service levels, best value for money and fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements in line with Collinson Assistance overall business strategy. Agree negotiation approaches, negotiate and implement contract with suppliers to ensure customers can access healthcare and assistance services when they need it wherever they are in the world. Review supplier performance and manage against under performance and implement improvements and enhancements when the opportunity arises Provide detailed and regular reports around supplier management and deliver, together with ad hoc requests and response to specific client needs Understand the regulatory requirements of the markets they are operating in Ensure the details relating to the supply chain are maintained and current to enable service delivery in the operations area Investigate and resolve complaints and service queries relating to and from suppliers Work cross-functionally across internal and external business areas to deliver positive customer experience and development and delivery of the Network strategy Research customer specific requirements and produce outputs that meet our client needs and support revenue generation Undertake ad hoc internal projects as required to support the network team evolution and represent the network on wider business initiatives Knowledge, skills and experience required Able to receive and understand and apply instructions and training Ability to cross reference a number of sources to ensure accuracy of data Ability to systematically record data to evidence quality of output Strong problem-solving skills, flexible and resilient and able to apply logic Strong interpersonal skills to influence across areas without having direct management responsibility Enjoy working in a team but you are also able to make own decisions and act autonomously, emotionally intelligent Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethos Able to think innovatively Languages would be of further benefit
