Overview

• Being the main point of contact for all general queries, quotation, processing and order related queries • Processing high volume of orders and quotes • Taking phone calls from customers • Understanding technical aspects of the range and offering advice and guidance to customers • Liaising with customers regarding order status • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails • Handling face-to-face and telephone enquiries from customers • Providing help and advice to customers using organisation's products or services • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face • Investigating and solving customers' problems in a quick, efficient and courteous manner • Ensure quality of service is maintained, and response times are within our current service level targets • Developing sound knowledge about products and services and keeping up to date with changes in the Company and wider industry The ideal candidate will demonstrate: • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time. • Ability to prioritise workload • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent spoken and written English • Details orientated • Good use of initiative • Eagerness to learn • Excellent communication skills • Strong team player, willing to go the extra mile • Ability to understand architectural and CAD drawings
