Our client is a very reputable private care home provider in Fife. They are looking for Home Care Workers to join their team across multiple locations within Fife. The role will be to undertake care work for people in their own homes, with the sensitivity required to provide services in a way which will preserve their dignity, privacy, choice, independence, and rights of all Service Users. Ideal candidate: Good work ethic Reliable. Passionate about care, being able to make a difference in someone’s life. Friendly and approachable. Respectful. Adaptable, able to cope with change. The ability to work within a team and independently. No care work experience necessary to apply, as full training is provided. What is offered: Contracts given after a 3-month probationary period. Day shift and Back shift work available. Full time and Part time positions available. Full paid training and ongoing training and development- SVQ 2 onwards. Plenty of opportunity to progress through the company. Able to work locally within a team to support you. A variety of work matched to your skills and interests. Employee of the month- Includes bonus for all staff. Performance Bonus. Every second weekend off. Pay start to finish- not contact time. Flexible hours. Pay rates are competitive, starting from £9- £10. Plus, mileage at 25p per mile.
