Multi - Skilled Maintenance Engineer -

Our client is a leading manufacturer within its field. Due to their continued growth they are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the business. Hours: CURRENLTY DAYS BUT WILL NEED TO ACCOMMODATE AFTERNOON SHIFT DUE TO EXPANSION Salary: £35000 Location: Ebbw Vale Role: Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, key capabilities will be: To carry out planned preventative maintenance to ensure production downtime is minimised Diagnose equipment faults and repair as required reacting to breakdowns in a timely manner to ensure production downtime is minimised Maintain all maintenance records and accurately record information ensuring departmental records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner Days regular with flexibility to cover Maintenance duties. Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate would have experience of working within a manufacturing environment with the ability to demonstrate good engineering practices to support and develop the existing engineering department. Formal engineering qualification 17th Edition trained Proven multi-skilled Refrigeration experience Knowldege of PLC Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work un-supervised and as part of a team Welding and fabrication experience Due to the high volume of enquiries that we receive, we are not always able to respond to all CVs.
