The ideal candidate: Previous compliance experience to team leader level Previous compliance experience within a recruitment sector (desirable) An inspiring leader driven by the success of your team Track record of supporting, leading and motivating a strong delivery team Previous process engineering experience Well organised and have the ability to work to deadlines The ability to understand and absorb information quickly Proactive approach to self and professional development The Role : Monitor all implemented processes to ensure they are being adhered to company standards Manage team of compliance officers and administrators Conduct and coordinate internal and external audits Review audit reports, understand corrective actions and achieve these against timelines set Ensure level of compliance of agency workers meet framework and customer standards Work closely with management to strategically address key pressure points Coordinate and attend Compliance Open Days Our Perks Include: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, growing incrementally with each year you work with us (max of 25 days, plus bank holidays) An extra day-off (on top of annual leave) for your birthday Social events for you and your family throughout the year ‘Bring your dog to work’ days Weekly & monthly awards and incentive schemes Shopping discounts Health-care discounts We pay for 50% of any gym membership you have Pension Weekly fresh fruit delivery Casual dress code Monday-Friday Next steps: Register your interest today by applying and sending your CV to us about this unmissable opportunity.
