M&E Engineer - Day Lead Engineer – · Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 opportunity for OT · 25 days holiday bank holidays · Parking on site · Hours: Monday – Friday – (8-5) Job Role; The role of the shift Lead Engineer will be looking after a 4 man team from Multi-Skilled Engineers to Fabric Engineers and carrying out Pre- planned maintenance as well as reactive maintenance. This will consist of CRAC Units, UPS Systems, Generators AHU’s, and FCU's. Additionally the engineer will be required to assist other maintenance engineers with PPM Delivery once air conditioning duties have been completed. The successful candidate must have the following: · At least 5 years experience within Building Services and 1 year as a Lead or supervisor. · City & Guilds Level 2/3 Electrical Install. -18th · A HV ticket but not essential · Can do attitude This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89771913
