DevOps Engineer – Leeds - £30,000 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented DevOps and Support Engineer to join an exciting growing software company. This DevOps and Support Engineer will be getting involved with Installations of new systems, which are deployed around the world in customer facilities or on the cloud. This DevOps and Support Engineer will also help with testing and validation of new software releases as well as the opportunity to investigate new cloud technologies. This Graduate DevOps and Support Engineer also be involved with sales assistance and customer demonstrations at trade shows. With this DevOps and Support Engineer there is the opportunity to travel abroad to different customers rolling out new software. Prior experience is not essential for this role; if you have a relevant degree and a passion for DevOps and the latest technology, this opportunity offers extensive training and development opportunities Essential Experience · Minimum 2.1 degree in an engineering subject · Excellent problem solving skills · Excellent Communication skills · Basic Software Development (bash, python, powershell) · Understanding of Infrastructure deployment (e.g. Linux) Desirable Experience · Docker · AWS, Azure or Cloud experience · Kubernetes This is a great opportunity for a DevOps Engineer or Engineering graduate to join a fast growing organisation with the chance to develop their skill set and become highly influential in shaping the customer support and software deployment processes.
