TRC Group are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse - RMN/RGN to join a passionate team of Healthcare professionals in an beautiful home in the Chester area. Hours: 08:00am - 08:00pm, varied days. Pay rate: £16 per hour Location: Chester Our client is a national recognised complex care provider for breaking the mould for conventional care for their residents. They have a unique and special approach to assure the residents feel at home and comfortable in there environment. The sole focus to the care they provide is to guarantee the residents live the life they want. As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for: Oversee the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within agreed parameters, and have a working knowledge of local, national policies and legislation which govern service provision Identifying and contributing to others training needs. Ensuring the promotion of issues of equality diversity and rights in accordance with good practice and legislation. Ensuring effective communication pathways exist. To be responsible for the assessment, planning implementation and evaluation of the care required, including health promotion for a named service user/group. Responsible for participating in the setting of quality standards Maintain good relationships with residents,visitors and staff. Our ideal Nurse will have the following skills: Previous experience within a Care Home or similar environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An RGN/RMN qualification. A valid NMC pin number. Must be flexible with shifts.
