Complex Care Support Worker

Dutton Nursing & Medical are recruiting for complex care support workers within the mental health sector to work at a very busy client of ours there is days/nights. Full/part & ad-hoc hours available. Be of strong character Be resilient and have the ability to remain calm in distressing situations Willing to engage in social activities that the service user has interests Able to work well in a team Able to use your own initiative Have strong communication skills Positive attitude Able to follow procedures/protocols Be open minded Essential Criteria 6 month's recent experience working as a HCA/Support Worker You must have the right to work within the UK. You need to be 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people. You must have a kind and caring nature.
