Overview
We are looking for an considerate, empathetic and experienced Healthcare Assistant based in Norwich and the surrounding areas. Our Client offers comfortable facilities to their residents, with individualised, person-centred approach to care and well-being. They are extremely passionate about those staying with them feeling at home. You must understand the importance of choice and independence, with you be able to offer the residents both the freedom to do as they choose whilst knowing that they are still being cared for. Our client is looking for someone who is able to bring their own personality and passion for care to the care home. We are looking for an individual who is committed to delivering care, that is tailored to the individual needs and preferences of each resident. This position will involve personal care. There is a variety of both day and night shifts available. The rate of pay is £10.00 per hour.
