Oaklands Complex Care Centre based in the beautiful market town of Garstang on the outskirts of Preston are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated team. You will receive coaching and mentorship through your day-to-day work practice, as well as nationally accredited training for NVQ level 2 and 3. We are committed to supporting and developing you to be the best you can be. Pay and Benefits include a free enhanced DBS check, competitive rates of pay, free uniform and paid training/shadowing. Starting salary of £8.66ph. Access to funding for NVQ qualifications for progression into senior roles. Guaranteed hours contracts available including 12-hour shifts with a flexible shift pattern of 3 days on 4 days off providing more of a work life balance.
