Leaders in Care are proud to be working in partnership with a Pioneering Mental Health Hospital that due to expansion, have just opened up a small number of exclusive Registered Nurse vacancies to RMN's and RNLD's living in Derby and the Surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a state of the art mixed gender, new build hospital based Derby. The service offers Low secure and mental health rehabilitation care based on the Recovery Model. We are looking for newly qualified or experienced Mental Health Nurses (RMN) or Learning disability Nurses (RNLD) who would be interested in working within any of the 3 specialist wards including male low secure, Male high dependency and Low Secure female personality disorder. Snapshot of the Package on offer for this Registered Nurse - RMN / RNLD Opportunity: £15.76 - £16.65 per hour (dependent upon experience) plus enhancements: 10% Nights in week, 20% Weekend Days, 30% Weekend Nights Annual Salaries range from £31,551 - £38,096 PLUS average enhancement uplift of £4,000 Free Hot Meals for all on shift Enhanced Annual Leave Entitlement extra holiday for Birthday and Work Anniversary Bi-Annual Salary Reviews Paid study leave & Financial Study Support Career development pathways through the inhouse Training Academy Mentorship and DBT Courses immediately available In house trainers who provide refresher courses every week RCNi membership Company pension scheme Free life assurance We are currently recruiting for full and part time Registered Nurse RMN / RNLD positions working days or nights. You will be allocated a ward upon offer of a role depending on interest and experience, however occasional rotation may be required to meet the needs of the hospital.
