Title: Activities Coordinator Salary: £9.18 per hour Location: Belvedere Manor, Colne Hours: Full time - 20 hours per week - Over 7 days We are currently recruiting for an Activities Co-ordinator to join our team and to work within the Home to provide activity opportunities for our residents. In conjunction with the senior team, you will be responsible for planning and running a programme of activities for the residents linked to assessed social needs identified in care plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining and promoting activities that older people enjoy and find stimulating. Your ability to design and facilitate group activities is essential. The Organisation: Our client is an award winning independent charity dedicated to providing outstanding care services to the over 55’s. The organisation has over 100 sites across the country ranging from nursing, residential and senior care villages. All possess specialised dementia care services to promote individuality and person centred care at all times. The Home: Opened in January 2015, Belvedere Manor is a beautiful, luxurious home for 84 people with residential or dementia care needs.
