Overview

Call Handler/ Responder My client are a 24-hour emergency TSA accredited monitoring and response service ensuring that vulnerable people have access to support at the end of the phone or at the touch of a button whenever they need it. They also offer a range of other technology to protect our service users in an emergency. As part of the team you will provide call handling services and respond to emergency situations including lifting uninjured customers using specialist equipment provided and carrying out safe and well checks in support of vulnerable people living in the community. Other duties will include installing and maintaining emergency call equipment in customer's homes and undertaking annual visits. The posts holders will be working x 5, 06 hours shifts per week on a rolling rota basis Contract position initially with the view to go permanant You will be provided with a vehicle to use when responding to emergency sitiations so a full manual driving licence is required.
