Overview
Mediplacements are currently recruiting for a Mental Health Pharmacist for a Locum role based in South Humberside. •Pay Rate £27-£29 per hour D.O.E. •South Humberside •ASAP •22.5 hours per week, 3 days •Ongoing As an experienced Mental Health Pharmacist, you will be required to cover cross sites within the London Area providing mental health services with regular review of medication charts, medicines reconciliation on admission and discharge, ensuring safe, effective and patient-centred medicines decisions are made. In order to qualify for this position, it is essential that you an MPharms Degree and are GPhC registered, as well as having substantial post registration experience as a Mental Health Pharmacist.
