Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for a Credit Administrator to join a growing manufacturing business in the Wetherby area. The role will report direct into the Credit Manager and will see the successful candidate join a well-established, friendly credit team. As the Credit Administrator you will be responsible for the following: Handling and resolving complex credit related customer queries. Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries in an appropriate time. Input all queries into the company's internal database. Ensuring requests for relevant documentation are met in a timely manner to minimise the delay to agreed payment terms. Taking control of customer payment deductions. Collecting data for analysis. Updating and maintaining customer records. Allocating cash to the sales ledger. Identifying and resolving data discrepancies. Monthly analysis of customer deductions. Other ad hoc duties as and when required. The ideal candidate will have: Previous transactional accounts experience. Excellent Excel skills. A strong work ethic. Good communication skills.
