Overview
The post holder will be responsible for placing and managing all recruitment advertising via the Applicant Tracking System, as well as managing the careers inbox and dealing with enquiries from Hiring Managers. The role also involves proactively monitoring the Applicant Tracking System, providing advice and support and assisting the recruitment team with ad hoc projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Responsible for ensuring all adverts and job descriptions are accurate and have been proof read before publishing. 2. Re writing advertising copy where necessary. 3. Checking all advertising links after publishing. 4. Placing adverts in relevant media and social media as directed by the Recruitment Manager, including on job boards and through our advertising agency partner. 5. Providing advice and assistance to Hiring Managers on the use of the applicant tracking system. 6. Using the applicant tracking system to send communications to candidates. 7. On occasion sifting applications according to a sifting matrix, conduct telephone interviews or assist the Recruitment Manager with interviews 8. Proactively feedback any issues or suggested improvements to the recruitment processes and systems 9. Update key information on the careers site via the CMS 10. Assisting the Recruitment Manager in an administration and coordination capacity where required for ad hoc projects.
