Overview

Infrastructure Projects Consultant Position: Permanent Salary: Up to £35,000 Location: Stratford-upon-Avon We are looking for a hands-on infrastructure engineer to join our technical service team to administer, deliver and maintaining specialist IT projects. The role is a part of the crucial core of supporting business platforms and effectively operating systems for external and internal customers. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator that has extremely good organisational skills to meet assigned timescales for projects. With the implementation of working within an ITIL framework and upholding the correct principles and applications. Technical requirements: - Minimum of three years of infrastructure experience - Windows Server 2012 & 2016 - Active Directory - Experience with administering VMWare v.5.5 and above - Good understanding of implementing and maintaining Microsoft Azure - Loading balancing technologies - PowerShell admin/scripting skills - Linux/AIX would be advantageous Consultant Responsibilities: - Working alongside the technical projects team deploying internal and external infrastructure projects - Offering valuable technical insight and practical perspective onto administering projects - Supporting and advising other team members with effective technical practice - Travel to other various sites and data centres may be required If you are actively looking for an exciting new opportunity and feel as if you are technically matched to the requirements.
