Overview
Personal Lines Broker Barker Munro Recruitment is working with one of the largest independent Brokers in the South east and due to their continued expansion of their Personal Lines team they have a new and exciting opportunity for a Personal Lines Broker. Key responsibilities will involve general administration duties in relation to Insurance document processing, client and Insurer correspondence, renewals, sales support and managerial support. The role will also involve Inbound and Outbound Call Handling and Customer Services in relation to general insurance queries, payments and mid-term adjustments. You will be corresponding and communicating with Insurance Companies and policyholders on a daily basis. Our client focuses heavily on training and development and a full induction and training plan will be provided to successful applicants. All staff can study for professional qualifications such as, CII (Chartered Insurance Institute). Each placement provides employees to continually develop their knowledge and personal skills which could result in opportunities in other areas of the business. Hours of work - Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. Occasional Saturday mornings and late shift one day in the week on a rota system.
