Page Personnel are looking to recruit a Sales and order processing administrator on behalf of my well-established client based in Doncaster. Due to company growth they are looking for to join their team in Thorne. Client Details As a Sales Administrator you will work alongside the Sales team to progress orders through to completion, ensuring clients and customers receive an excellent service at all time. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a rewarding and market leading business with excellent opportunity for progression. Description Key Responsibilities Liaising with clients and answering incoming queries Providing competitive and detailed quotations for clients Working to deadlines and prioritising a busy workload Processing and tracking orders promptly Updating clients on the progress of their orders Liaising with suppliers and contractors Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and exiting clients Keeping an accurate and up to date record of daily sales, order and quotation activity Following up on quotations Profile Key Skills Previous experience within a Sales Administration role Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft office stystems.
