Registered Children's Manager - Children's Residential Home £34,000 - £39,000 (DOE) Wakefield, West Yorkshire Compass Associates are delighted to announce that we are working in partnership with a long standing and well established children's services provider. We are assisting them with their search for an ambitious registered manager or alternatively an experienced deputy manager looking for a step up in their career. This person must have a passion for providing an impeccable level of service and have a proven knowledge of Ofsted regulations within a similar environment. Requirements Varying experiences within a similar environment in order to satisfy Ofsted Previous experience within a SEMH home Strong leadership skills to implement the vision and strategy of the company Location The home is located in Wakefield. This is easily commutable from Leeds, Halifax, Huddersfield, Sheffield and York.
