Overview

Spring technology are currently working with one of the UK's leading utilities providers to recruit for a Senior Helpdesk Advisor to join their thriving team in Leeds on an initial 6 month fixed term contract. The role The successful candidate will be working within the customer service team to respond to a range of complex customer queries. You will also be liaising with other internal areas of the business while you look for a resolution to the query. The Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for customers and identify and mange queries to their resolution. Apply current knowledge of systems and technology to focus on first time fixes. Maintain a strong level of customer service when dealing with customer queries Liaise with different areas of the business to resolve issues. Escalate issues to senior customer service members and third parties as and when appropriate. Ensure that all documentation of customer issues are correctly followed up on. Keep up to date with latest changes that can affect the team. Ensure that all queries are correctly logged. The Requirements Experience within a contact centre / customer support environment is vital. Strong IT skills as you will be using different IT programmes. Knowledge of different IT Systems. Experience working within a windows environment. Working with a ticket logging system. Outstanding customer service experience. Ability to keep on top of KPI's Problem solving as the role requires the ability to think on your feet. Communication skills as the role requires speaking to different stakeholders both internal and external.
