Overview
Working closely with the Resource Planning Manager, Account Manager and other members of the Operational Management Team, the Resource Planner will be responsible for managing departmental resources against agreed demand profiles. This will involve creating and managing call centre staff schedules, attending client meetings and being involved in both the forecasting and real-time management functions of the department. Key Accountabilities · Creating weekly capacity plans · Ensuring schedules are created and published to meet intraday performance targets · Attend daily/weekly client calls to present and discuss current resourcing position · All intraday reporting is completed accurately · Assisting with short, medium and long term forecasting process Work closely with the Resource Planning Manager to control attrition and recruitment pipeline Essential Skills · Previous experience of using Nice WFM system or equivalent · Excellent data manipulation and analytical skills using Excel
