Overview
I have an amazing role to work as a Support Worker in a beautiful and rural residential service for children and young people, based between Ingleton and Kirkby Lonsdale Responsibilities: You will support 5 young people in a residential service, ensuring they are safe and therapeutically supported. Offer daily support to encourage and develop young people Manage care plans and update. Sleep ins Promoting the young person's independence and developing their life skills Pay £18000 sleep allowance of £78 per sleep , 2 a week would amount to almost £8000 extra a year. Shifts: There is a 2 week shift pattern: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 8:30am-10:00pm, or 2:30pm-10:00pm 40 hours a week sleep Requirements: Car Driver If you don't have the NVQ Level 3, children's residential care is essential.
