Overview
We are seeking an experienced Noise Consultant in West London to work for an independent consultancy that comprises of both an engineering and consultancy division. You must hold an acoustics degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline; have extensive commercial experience of acoustic and working knowledge of acoustics modelling software such as Insul, Odeon and Cadna. Duties will include: Organising and managing projects from preplanning to completion. Supporting and mentoring junior staff. Undertaking noise surveys, modelling and predictions. Collating, analysing data for technical reports. Inputting into acoustic designs for a range of projects. You will need to be an excellent communicator and able to connect with a wide range of people. The ability to work to tight timescales and meet deadlines is essential; a driving licence is also required.
