The Legion Needs You During the COVID-19 outbreak the safety and well-being of the elderly and most vulnerable in our community, including our veteran population, is our highest priority. The Legion is in need of Senior Care Assistants to ensure we can withstand the challenges resulting from Coronavirus. Based at Galanos House in Southam, you will lead the team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the unit and to work with the team in delivering person centred care in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence and wellbeing. Educated to NVQ level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care equivalent, you should have previous experience of working in a Care Home with a vulnerable client group and proven experience of leading a team and running a shift. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential and an enthusiasm to learn and develop within this role is required.
