Name of Head Teacher: Nicola Harmer Salary: Pay scale plus TLR 2 (£2,796) Your Strapline Brentfield Primary School requires Subject Team Leaders Your School: Brentfield is a vibrant and diverse community, putting learning at the heart of all that we do. We nurture children to prepare them for the opportunities and challenges of an unknown, yet exciting future. We are looking for outstanding leaders to join our team. The Post: We are looking for 2 subject team leaders who want to take the next step into middle leadership and are passionate about developing one of the following areas. We ask that you have experience in at least one of the subjects in the team. This post is part of the extended leadership team. Humanities STEM (Not maths) As a leader you will support our commitment to delivering a creative, broad and balanced curriculum. You would be responsible for providing outstanding provision and developing a team of staff in one of the above areas throughout the school. This role is a class based teaching role with regular release time given to develop your area.
