We are require experienced class teachers who are genuinely passionate about teaching in our school and who would complement our excellent team of dedicated staff; who promote high expectations for all. The Person: If you would like to join our school community you will need to be: Flexible Go the extra mile Passionate about learning Resilient Intuitive Kind Nurturing Cheerful Skills Skills in effective communication, both written and oral to a range of audiences Ability to effectively incorporate ICT in the curriculum Ability to record and maintain children’s progress and data effectively Effective communicator with parents/carers and other professionals To be an excellent role model and professional at all times Knowledge Experience and understanding of organising, promoting and evaluating the children’s learning Expertise and knowledge of formative assessment practice and other assessment strategies Understanding of good classroom management and how to promote this Understanding of how to safeguard children Understanding how pupils with special educational needs may be integrated in the classroom Understanding and experience of working with children with different stages of language acquisition Understanding of our diverse school community.
