Overview
Due to ever expanding business demands, our busy client in Southampton is looking for a Class 1 Shunter for an immediate start. This role will involve the moving of the company's fleet of HGVs; ensuring the efficient running of their yard. Candidates will also be expected to assist with general yard duties when required, meaning a positive, can-do attitude is a must. Monday - Friday with working hours of 8am to 4pm. Full training will be provided, as well as Forklift and Hiab, with a view to joining the company's team of Class 1 Hiab Delivery Drivers, working up to increased hours and pay. The successful candidate must have: A valid Driving Licence with no more than 6pts (No DD or DR endorsements accepted) A valid Class 1 Licence (Min. 2 years experience) with full CPC and Digi Tacho.
