Overview
We are looking for a confident Customer Care Coordinator for a successful housing developer in Central London. You will be an ambitious and motivated individual with customer service experience, ideally with 1 years experience from a property or construction background. You will be responsible for ensuring all calls are answered professionally and all issues logged accordingly and reported back to the manager. Conducting home demonstrations and accompanying site teams on snagging, defect and site tours. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for customer care and dealing with issues in a professional manor.
